Tolbachik is a volcanic massif on Kamchatka, in the southwestern part of the Klyuchevskaya group of volcanoes.

The altitude is 3682 m, the stratulobranes Ostry Tolbachik (3682 m) and Plosky Tolbachik (acting, height 3140 m), located on the pedestal of the ancient shield volcano, are merged with bases. Sharp Tolbachik is an extinct stratovolcano with a ruined summit. Flat Tolbachik is a stratovolcano, the top of which is cut off by two nested calories of the Hawaiian type. The largest of them, 3 km in diameter, is filled with a small shield volcano and glacier, forming a characteristic flat top. Inside it is a young caldera with a diameter of 1.8 km and a depth of about 400 m, which was formed during the penultimate eruption of the volcano in 1975-76. On the slopes of Plosky Tolbachik and in the adjacent Tolbachinsky dale, there are more than 120 slag cones of side breakthroughs. Tolbachik refers to volcanoes of the Hawaiian type.
