In Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky there will be a historical-intellectual game dedicated to the heroic defense of Petropavlovsk from the attack of the Anglo-French squadron in 1854.
Every resident of Petropavlovsk can demonstrate knowledge of the history of the Kamchatka Territory.
The organizers of the game are the Administration of Culture, Sports and Youth Policy of the Administration of Petropavlovsk and the Central City Library.
“This will be an event of the popular today format of the team’s intellectual game. We will gather in a cozy art cafe teams of 5 people and spend time with interest and benefit. Let us recall the various stages of the history of our city and region, including one of the most significant events – the defense of Petropavlovsk from the Anglo-French squadron. We will be able to share our knowledge and expand our own horizons, “the organizing committee noted.
The game will include 7 stages. In each of them, the participants are to answer questions on the history of Kamchatka for the allotted amount of time. The winner of the game will be the team that will give the most number of correct answers.
Anyone wishing to be a participant in the historical-intellectual game is over 18 years old. The team is formed of 5 people. It can be friends or colleagues.
