An earthquake with a magnitude of 4.3 occurred on the east coast of Kamchatka, the Kamchatka branch of the Geophysical Service of the Russian Academy of Sciences reported.
The epicenter of the earthquake recorded on Wednesday morning was located on the Kronotsky Peninsula 280 kilometers to the north-east of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky. The hearth lay at a depth of 81 km.
Residents of settlements of the Kamchatka Territory did not feel any significant tremors. There are no injuries and no destruction.
