In Russia, all citizens of the country from 14 to 35 years old are officially classified as youth.

The opinions of residents of the Kamchatka Territory on this issue are divided, according to the job search service SuperJob. According to the survey, three out of ten residents of Kamchatka admit that people under 35 years old are considered youth. 22% believe that a person under 30 can be considered young. 16% are sure that youth ends at 25, and 14% - at 20. Among other answers, there were options according to which citizens up to 36-44 years old can be considered young people ("WHO recommendation"; "I address everyone as "young man"", etc.).

Women more often than men named the age of 35 as the threshold of youth. Men believe that youth is limited to 25 years. It is natural that those who will soon leave their youth period most often want to extend it to 35 years: every third resident of the region is between the ages of 25 and 34.
