The ski resort specialists are investigating the cause of the breakdown," the report says. According to the head of the regional ministry, Alexander Bondarenko, there were 19 people in the chairlift. Rescuers came to their aid. The evacuation of people was completed at 13:24. There were no casualties.

The ski resort administration provided the evacuees with a warm room and hot tea. "The ski resort administration apologizes for the inconvenience caused and thanks the rescue service for their professionalism and efficiency," the report says.
