Kamchatka Exported Nearly 18,000 Tonnes of Seafood Abroad in March

In March, the Kamchatka branch of the federal institution FSBI "APC NATSRYBA" processed 469 applications to certify frozen fish and seafood shipments for export — covering the period from March 1 to 31. Specialists reviewed 4 applications for the export of 98 tonnes of products to European Union countries. The bulk of shipments went to China, with 356 applications covering 16,498 tonnes. An additional 109 applications were submitted for the delivery of 1,200 tonnes to South Korea. The total volume of certified products exceeded 17,700 tonnes. The main product categories included frozen fish, fish fillets, frozen fish roe, fish milt, fishmeal, and edible fish oil. During the certification process, specialists verified a full set of documents, including laboratory test reports and production control logs for critical and control critical points in line with HACCP plans. This ensures that all exported products meet international quality and safety standards.
