According to the district administration, a new recreational fishing zone has opened in the Ust-Kamchatsky District. The fishing-free days are Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

The prices for aquatic biological resources (including VAT) are as follows:

• Sockeye salmon – 150 rubles per fish

• Pink salmon – 30 rubles per fish

• Chum salmon – 100 rubles per fish

• Coho salmon – 100 rubles per fish

• Chinook salmon – 500 rubles per fish

Daily catch limits per person:

• Pink salmon – no more than 20 fish

• Coho salmon – no more than 5 fish

• Sockeye salmon – no more than 5 fish

• Chinook salmon – no more than 1 fish

• Chum salmon – no more than 10 fish

If a prohibited or non-target species is caught accidentally, it must be carefully returned to the water with minimal harm.
